THERE'S A REASON IT'S STILL THERE. LET'S FIND IT.
THERE'S A REASON IT'S STILL THERE. LET'S FIND IT.
Hypnosis is where we start because it’s how we find what’s been running in the background like the old pattern that shows up at the worst time and tries to help the only way it knows how. Below are some of the areas clients most often come to explore. And, if what you want to work on isn’t on the list, that’s welcome too. We can start with what’s personal to you.
I'm on my own path with this too and I've come to believe that losing weight doesn't mean we all have to end up looking the same. Some people are naturally heavier and look wonderful that way. Others are naturally thin and struggle to gain weight. There isn't one "right" body, there's the one that's right for you.
What I've found through hypnosis is that certain experiences can silently signal the body to hold onto weight, or just as easily to let go of it. It isn't always about how much or how little someone eats, sometimes the body is responding to something deeper, and the person is left asking 'why?' without an answer. Hypnosis can help uncover what that experience was, so the body isn't carrying a signal it no longer needs to hold onto. Once that's addressed, diet and lifestyle changes that used to feel like a fight can start to feel welcome instead, and weight often adjusts on its own, in whichever direction the body actually needs to go.
Sometimes what we uncover goes back further than we'd expect, even to a past life. More people are open to that possibility today than ever before, and if that resonates with you, it's worth exploring too. This isn't about achieving a certain number or a certain look. It's about liking what you see when you look in the mirror ... whatever that looks like for you.
Habits like smoking, drinking, or food-binging (we've all handed a friend a spoon and the ice cream carton at some point) usually aren't really about willpower. They're often the result of mental programming much like a computer running old software that's built from beliefs and emotional responses picked up early in life. Nobody grows up shaped by just one influence. Some of that programming came from the people around us, some from repetition, and a lot of it today comes from screens: TV, social media, memes, and videos that shape young minds before they're old enough to filter any of it.
Think of it like a bug in a program. At some point, every system needs an update to run the way it's meant to. Our minds work the same way, when we find the "bug" behind a habit, nobody's to blame. We simply fix it, and move on.
Using hypnosis, we look for where that programming began, so it can finally be updated. Once the old belief or experience behind the habit is identified and released, a new, healthier pattern can take its place, without force, and without having to tough it out alone.
This isn't about being told to simply stop. It's about understanding why the habit or addiction took hold in the first place, choosing a healing method that fits you, and finally letting go.

Trauma doesn't always stay in the past. Sometimes it shows up as anxiety, being easily triggered, feeling on edge, or carrying shame, fear, or even grief that seems too big to explain. Whether it stems from a single event or years of accumulated stress, these patterns can be exhausting to carry alone.
Using hypnosis, we can gently address what's underneath these patterns without needing to relive or describe the traumatic experience in detail. Many clients are relieved to learn they don't have to walk through the event itself to begin healing from it.
Hypnosis can also bring real relief in situations that carry their own quiet guilt, like the pet owner who had to make an impossible decision and still feels as though they let their companion down, or someone grieving a miscarriage who carries guilt that was never truly theirs to hold. These feelings can resurface without warning, or strike at any given time, long after the event itself.

Hypnosis is where we begin to find the real cause underneath what's holding you back. But once that cause is found, healing can happen in more than one way, and not every method fits every person.
Over the years, I've studied a number of different healing approaches so that once we've uncovered what's really going on, I can offer the method that fits you and not a one-size-fits-all process.
Think of hypnosis as finding the "why," and these methods as the different ways we can help your body and mind actually let it go. These are entirely optional, and we only use what's comfortable for you and what makes sense for your situation such as:
Cellular Release Cellular Release happens within hypnosis itself. Once you're in a relaxed, hypnotic state, I ask your subconscious mind simple, direct questions rather than having you talk through the story in detail. This allows stored trauma, emotions, and beliefs to release at a cellular level, often without you needing to consciously relive what happened. A gentle process that helps release old, unwanted patterns and habits by identifying and shifting the beliefs behind them. Like Cellular Release, this does not involve hypnosis or trance.
Behavioral Kinesiology:
A gentle technique using muscle testing to identify old, unwanted patterns and the beliefs behind them — bypassing the conscious mind to access what the body already knows. This does not involve hypnosis or a trance state.
